mercurialnI've been meaning to get a proper, cleanly-stitched version of this whole mural for ages. If only the cars would clear out for once. This is still pretty good though.
bet your lifethis actually works!!! the other ikrek piece (that's hungarian bitches!) was pure blasphemy......yo plasma...i got the ok from the thing and i am thinking a bizzy at yours or mine on friday is the best.....but i'll call on thursday....imma get there around 9..holla
Mr. WaldoThe Splasher must secretly like Os Gemeos. All of them work with the piece and I think they're all dope.
Earl Broclo ESQ.why do people hate on these two so much? i don't care if they want to splash on an obey piece, or WK piece, or what ever other paste up they want to hit --but this is just bullshit. whoever is doing this is probably getting off on the negativity from others. so i guess there is some kind of purpose behind it, no matter how selfish it is. is this their answer to the popularity of street art? it's just immature and poorly done.
beansforfreewtf, the second these guys get caught so many people are gonna be after them, there is no skill in splashing and they do not deserve to even get press
bet your lifeto a certain degree i agree with waldo...there may seem to be technique......the vans..natch neckface thing worked...as well as another gemeos piece...this one doesnt work...and talking about it like art just gives into the whole manifesto shit the splisher posts....
point blank? bet your life...if you get hit by the splisher simply go bigger..thats the take home point i get.
he/she is beyond toy. like a "waterbug". btw... how is the word "piece" commonly understood?
abandonviewmy strange preconceived notions about the splasher:
the biggest issue with the splasher is now he/she wont stop.... they are most likely some guy in their 30's to 40's ... someone who has been obsessed with gallery art... someone who shunned typical graffiti as crap for years.... the street art scene comes along and challenges this belief...
he cant take it... so he starts off making little posters talking of street art being a commodity... like the realist shunning the pre-raphaelite work...
the biggest problem is that the splasher found the mission of graffiti... he's addicted to it... he's obviously aware of the street art community... to the degree that he is aware that he got attention. when he found this out, he became an addict... most likely getting fame nowhere else, he now has his niche ...
anyone who has hit the streets to get up, to document... even just to look for/at it has gotten the high... so what he labeled a commodity is what he has become.... another cap... yeah... but i think they were definitely along differing views.... cap/splasher
expect this guy in the summer... he knows what getting out and up is all about, he just has no skill and gets his fame from covering the famous.
ck-flixi guess splasher can't draw, so riding coat tails of real artists is the only other means of gaining attention for the ol' splashinator... as if defacing people's work is a "collaboration" or sorts... get a life.
Johab Silva OLHAIt's funny how the people talks about that and spend time.
I was born in Sao Paulo city close of their home and I know they.
Is a shit to know that somepeople and some countries are very limited about street art. The artist is free to do what they want.
In Brazil is very different the graffiti scene.
For undertand them, go to Sao Paulo and see how is there about that!
badjuk Whoooa!!! Great Work Amazing
